For Summer Crescendo, an afternoon gathering hosted by One of One, No.29 created a dessert table inspired by the quiet movements of chamber music within a home.
Handwritten edible scores, drawn from one of the performed pieces, rested among handsculpted flowers and cakes, forming a fleeting landscape between music, gathering, and memory. In conversation with One of One’s idea of the home as a living gallery, the table became a place briefly left behind by a musician, where notes remained open and the afternoon continued to unfold.
Some moments felt light and playful, others carried a little more warmth and weight, lingering softly between performances and conversations.
A temporary composition to be shared, tasted, and slowly disappear.
